Shipping:
USPS shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise with a minimum shipping weight of 1 lbs. When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the UPS online system. If multiple boxes are required for transit, shipping charges may be higher than the online estimate. We will notify you by email prior to finalizing your order.
Orders placed via home party or through catalog are placed with in 72 hours , those placed online are generally processed with in 48 hours, while telephone orders may take longer to process, we ask for a additional standard 48hours handling time for all orders prior to shipping. Please consider our processing and handling times when choosing your shipping method.
Returns:
There are absolutely no unauthorized returns of our merchandise once it has left the warehouse.
Therefore WMF does not provide any unauthorized refunds.
We NEVER except returns nor provide refunds for:
Any natural foot care products, ankle jewelry that is visibly damaged or used. Any request for Authorization for Return/Refund of WMF Merchandise must be made via our Contact us Form.
Authorized returns/refunds will include a $2.00 restocking fee per item, which is non refundable.
